That is the one support channel for VetOtter. When you write, it helps to include your Android version, your phone model, and which screen you were on when something went wrong. Please do not send us your pets' medical documents. The app keeps your data on your phone, and support never needs it.
Quick answers
A reminder didn't go off
Check that notifications are allowed for VetOtter in your phone's Settings, then Apps, then VetOtter, then Notifications, and that battery optimisation is not set to restrict the app (some phones delay reminders for restricted apps). VetOtter asks for notification permission the first time you schedule a reminder. If you declined it then, you can allow it in the same system settings screen.
I bought Plus but the app still shows Free
Open VetOtter's paywall and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with your Google Play order ID (it starts with “GPA.” and is on your Play receipt email).
How do I cancel Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play: Play Store app, then your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then VetOtter, then Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The AI checker says it is not available
The online AI checker and AI portraits need an internet connection. When you are offline, the built in offline symptom checker in the app still works. Open the checker and it will guide you with on device information instead.
How do I change the language or units?
In the app: Settings, then Language (English, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi or French) and Settings, then Units (kg or lb). Changes apply immediately, with no restart needed.
I am moving to a new phone
On the old phone, use the app's backup and export feature and save the file somewhere you control. On the new phone, install VetOtter and import that file. There is no account to sign in to. The backup file is how your data travels.
